Hello, simply fill in the box to the right and set up YOUR OWN search criteria on the local MLS system just like I do!  You are in charge.  You will be notified as soon as a change occurs in your search.  This is very powerful because it gives you up to the minute information whether you are buying or selling.  This is unlike any other real estate search tool on the market including Realtor.com.  

Buyers, simply enter the criteria you want in a home.  For example: Location, Square footage, Price, Number of beds, Number of baths etc.  HINT: Be careful not to narrow your search down too far, you may miss something terrific.

Sellers, simply enter your location. You will be notified when a property goes on the market in your neighborhood.  Better yet, you will be notified when a property goes under contract and sells in your neighborhood.  Stay on top of the market so that you will know when it is the right time to sell.
